Nose Bleeds
Nose bleeds are a common problem. The bleeding comes from the central septum of the nose, which divides the two nostrils. The bleeding is from an area on the septum half an inch up the nose.
What you can do:
Holding the Bridge of the Nose does NOT help.
•Pinch the tip of your nose below the bone for at least 10 minutes.
•Once the bleeding has stopped, do not wipe the nose or try to blow your nose.
Seek medical attention if....
•If the bleeding persists for more than 30 minutes
•If you suspect your nose is broken.
